Terms and conditions

• 1. Agreement
  This terms and conditions entered between lender of the geiger counter(;lender) and borrower of the geiger counter(;borrower).


• 2. borrowing and lending
  Lender will lend the product according to the delivery slip.
  Lender and borrwer can substitute email for the derivery slip.


• 3. Effect of the Terms and conditions
  This terms and conditions is effective after the email agreement of the lender to the order of the borrower.
  


• 4. Lending period
  Lending period depends on the delivery slip.
  


• 5. Expiration of the terms and conditions.
  This Terms and conditions expires after the 3 following process:
  
  (1) Return of the product from the borrower to the lender.
  (2) Check of the product by the lender.
  (3) Refund of the deposit from the lender to the borrower.

In case the borrower does not or can not receive the product with a falut of the borrower, the borrower should pay rental fee of the lending period and this terms and conditions expires.


• 6. Rental charge
  The borrower pays the rental charge according to the lending period, delivery charge and any other cost to rent the product (;rental charge) to the lender.


• 7. Rental and return
  According to the date and place written in the delivery slip, the lender lents the product to the borrower, and the borrower returns the product.


• 8. Warranty
  In case the product has defect, the lender will refund the rental charge to the borrower.
  The lender has no liability for any accident occured from the defect of the product.
  


• 9. Using the product
  
  (1) The borrower should use the product according to the product manual.
  (2) The borrower can not lend, sell or pledge the product.
  (3) The borrower can not remodel or re-create the product.


• 10. In case of breakdown in using
  In case the product broken in the lending period, the borrower should return the product to the lender as soon as possible, and
  if the day or time the borrower return the product is before the end of the lending period, rest of the rental charge is not refunded to the borrower.
  


• 11. Liability of the borrower
  In case the product is broken(*) or lost(accesories included) by the borrower, the borrower should pay the lender repair charge or repurchase cost. In case the borrower is theft the product, the borrower should inform the lender and the police as soon as possible. (*)broken:
  (1) Monitor of the product is broken
  (2) or interface of the product(button, USB connector, switch) is broken
  (3) or geiger muller tube is broken
  (4) or inner mechanizm of the product is broken
  (5) or outer cover of the product has severe damage to normally use
  (6) or the product is submerged
  (7) or the product has severe damage to normal use.
  Even if the lending period end, in case the product is broken by the borrower, the borrower should pay the lender repair charge or repurchase cost.
  


• 12. Return
  The borrower returns the product to the lender according to the lending period.
  In case the borrower does not return the product and inform to the lender more than 1 day after the end of the lending period, the borrower should pay rental charge according to the declaration of charge on the delivery slip till the product returned to the lender.


• 13. Extention of the lending period.
  Lending period should not be extended.


• 14. In case of disaster
  In case the disaster(severe earthquake, war, fire .e.g) occured before the lending, the lender has no liability to delay in delivery of the product to the borrower,
  and the borrower has no liability to delay in return the product to the lender.
  


• 15. Information of the borrower
  The lender prepare the information sent by the borrower carefully.
  The borrower can not demand to return, erase, restore or claim the information sent by the borrower to the lender.
  


• 16. Deposit
  The borrower pays the deposit to lender.
  The lender refund the deposit after return and checking the product.
  


• 17. Applicable law
  This terms and conditions is depends on Japanese law.
  


• 18. The court
  In case dispute occured on this terms and conditions, the borrower and the lender the dispute is judged in juridictional court in Tokyo district.
