How to pay

You can pay service charge by using bank account or hand over.

[ Using bank account ]
  • After entering information above, the operator inform you the bank account number.
  • Please pay rental charge to the bank account, and send COPY OF YOUR ID(*)to our office.
    • Charge for the bank transfer service and home delivery service to send copy of the ID is not included in the rental charge.
    • Please send rental charge and copy of the ID at least 1 DAY BEFORE THE RENTAL DAY.
      * In case we can not receive service charge and copy of the ID, order will be canceled.

[ Hand over payment (only in Minato-ku, Tokyo) ]
  • Please pay rental charge and hand COPY OF YOUR ID(*) to the operator when we hand you the product.

    • (*)ID: driving license, health insurance ID, university/colledge/school ID, Passport or alien registration ID


How to rent

After receiving service charge and copy of the ID, We rent you the product.

  • In case you choose the "hand over" delivering, you can pay service charge when we hand you the product.


How to return

Please return by "Home delivery service" or "hand over to the operator" using our carry box.

[ Home delivery service ]
  • Please bring the product to the home delivery service counter (Ex. Seven-Eleven store, Kuroneko-Yamato, Sagawa transportation .e.g) before 24:00 of the due date.
  • After return, we will check the product and refund the deposit to your bank account.
    • Home delivery charge is not included the rental charge.

[ Hand over to the operator (Only in Minato-Ku, Tokyo) ]
  • The operator will visit at the due date/time.
  • After return, the operator will check the product and refund the deposit.
